Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Most clients start with Starter and upgrade to Professional within 3-6 months as they see results. We'll prorate the difference.

How long does setup take?

Typically 2-4 weeks from contract signature to go-live. We work around your schedule and make the process as painless as possible.

What if my internet goes down?

The AI runs on your local network, but we configure cloud backup channels. If your primary connection fails, the AI can still respond via cellular backup (Professional/Enterprise plans).

Is there a long-term contract?

Starter is month-to-month. Professional and Enterprise have a 3-month minimum. After that, you can cancel with 30 days notice.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes! Pay annually and save 10%. We typically offer this after you've been a client for 3+ months and are seeing strong results.
